🌿 Camping with Aloha
Camping on Kauaʻi is a privilege. Please help keep these spaces open and welcoming by following a few important guidelines:
Permits are required for most county campgrounds — apply in advance and keep your permit with you.
Pack it in, pack it out. Trash services may be limited.
Respect quiet hours and neighboring campers, especially at night.
No fires unless specifically allowed — beach conditions change quickly.
Ocean safety comes first. Swimming conditions vary; observe signs and talk with locals.
Mālama ʻāina — treat the land, ocean, and cultural sites with care and respect.
Mahalo for helping protect Kauaʻi so future generations can enjoy it too!
