Their Mission

As most already know, Kauai is a sacred and beautiful place. People travel from all over the world to come relish in all it has to offer. It also happens to be a small island with limited resources. Now, more than ever, it is critical that we all care for and protect this incredible land.

We Care Kauai was founded with a simple belief — when we care for each other, our island thrives. What started as a small idea has grown into a community-supported nonprofit that gives back directly to local people and causes. Every donation, share, and act of kindness makes a real difference right here on Kauai.

A collage of four photos showing community events for Earth Day. The first photo shows a family at a booth with a sign reading "We Care Kauai" and a banner supporting Earth Day. The second photo features two men smiling inside a warehouse, holding a donation jar. The third photo shows a group of people, including children, holding signs saying "Beach Clean Up" and giving thumbs up outdoors. The fourth photo depicts three people celebrating with a large check for $2,000 from the Kauai Animal Education Farm, in front of an orange and green background.
